Weekendesk is the leading online travel agency for weekend sales and thematic breaks. We are a young and growing company with presence in France, Benelux, Italy, Spain and other international destinations. With 65 million euros per year of invoicing, our company is in full growth.
Therefore, we seek to incorporate an agent of Back Office for the Operations Department into our staff in the offices of Barcelona.
Functions to be developed
- Billing and collection management tasks:
Billing support with direct link to the hotel (sending invoices to the hotel, verification of cancellation and refunds).
Verification of payments made to the hotel.
Incident management and payment follow-up.
- Management and follow up of requests:
Management of daily requests and weekly reporting.
Work together with the Accounting and Customer Service department for the monitoring of cases.
Higher studies in administration, accounting or similar.
Valuable experience in accounting departments.
Priority detection capability.
Skills for teamwork, with a great capacity for organization and proactivity.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Higher studies in administration, accounting or similar career.
Valuable experience in a similar position.
Languages: High level of English + Spanish OR French.
6 month internship.
Office in the centre of Barcelona.
Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm.
