The purpose of this role is to expand our portfolio and hotel acquisition in selected destinations by signing new hotel & activities contracts
The role is to be responsible for:
Research and provide the best hotel and activities inventory to the company’s portfolio.
Negotiate and sign company hotel contracts with new suppliers.
Support new contracted hotels once they are on sale, together with Market Managers.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for all elements, external and internal within the hotel acquisition process.
To develop excellent relationships at the hotel level, both independents and chains.
Secure and negotiates competitive hotel rates availability.
Secure and negotiates competitive promotions / rates / packages for specific rate types.
Prospection plans to meet market demand and company goals.
Attends Contracting workshops to achieve company hotel contracting goals.
Uses business intelligence data to track competitiveness and compliance – weekly, monthly
Experience in the travel industry or tourism sector.
Highly organized and analytical
Strong negotiation skills
Problem Solving Skills
Proficiency + in English
Languages: French Mandatory (Native or High level) + Flemish + English
