HEAD OF SOCIAL & CONTENT

Your missions are:

  • Manage & be responsible for our SocialMedia Platform & communications across all sites - 
  • Use the Social Media platform to build the Weekendesk brand throughout creative content
  • Ensuring that the content created resonates with and cultivates Weekendesk Voice & Tone and the Brand Identity.
  • Develop and oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business’s overall objectives. 
  • Lead and inspire the development of first-class content by your team along with other production means inclusive of videos, infographics, blogs, and data visualization in order to ensure optimal delivery of content to target audiences across multiple channels

 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Define & lead the strategy on the different Social Media platforms that drive engagement & advocacy for our Weekendesk sites
  • Manage all content production and social media campaigns throughout the full planning lifecycle
  • Create growth strategies to build out our communities and audiences on both the leading and emerging social media platforms, exploring new community opportunities.
  • Establish the optimum measurement framework for social strategy contributions to performance.
  • Deliver community-driven results through a mixture of partnerships, content creation and social media campaigns across the entire marketing ecosystem.
  • Grow existing strategic relationships and establish new partnerships, across departments, both directly and through agency teams.
  • Develop content-driven campaigns and influencer strategies that are grounded in audience data and insights, using multiple software, tools and platforms.
  • Understand and clearly communicate the Weekendesk tone of voice to our community. 
  • Facilitate shared learnings and best practices, as well as a culture of innovation across the Weekendesk teams
  • Monitoring of competitor and market brand activity and embed insight into the planning processes.
  • Manage all relevant supplier interfaces both internally and externally.
